Soraya Levy

Soraya joins the Colorado Grain Chain with a background dedicated to diversifying grains throughout the supply chain — supporting seed availability, on-farm resiliency, infrastructure, processing, and market development. Most recently on General Mills' Regenerative Agriculture team, she led producer and nonprofit engagement across Montana's dryland wheat systems, facilitating farmer listening sessions and building programs to address soil acidification, weed pressure, and market access. She has a particular interest in diversified and perennial grains and has spent years working with in-field and supply chain data to support water resiliency, nutrient efficiency, soil health, emissions tracking, and traceability.
