Johnny Clippers Seed uses a number of different machines, depending on the product.  Debearder, 2 different screen cleaners, Disc mill/ Indents, Dehuller, and a Color Sorter. Our large capacity seed cleaner is exclusively for large lot sizes (5,000 bushels or more) We have a smaller seed cleaner used for lots under 5,000 bushels. We have experience cleaning Wheat, Rye, Triticale, Peas, Oats, Chickpeas, Black eyed peas, Milo, Corn, Pintos, Sunflowers, Safflower, Mung Beans, Buckwheat, Japanese millet, Golden German Millet, Proso Millet, Lespedeza, Yellow Clover, Vetch, Flax  and even have some experience cleaning carrot seed, and Tat Soi seeds.  We have a large selection of screens on hand to clean specialty crops. Our facility has 6 Cone hopper bins with 16,000 bushels of clean seed storage and 2 hopper bins with 8,000 bushels of “dirty” seed that can directly enter the cleaner. Our bins allow us to service multiple customers at the same time, while keeping everything segregated. We are fully equipped with toting machine for bulk bags, or a 50lb bagging machine.  Equipped to load dry vans, flatbeds or bulk load out. We are a Certified Seed Conditioner through the Colorado Seed Growers, as well as a USDA Certified Organic Handler.
